Welcome to the dark side, readers. Here, you get the chance to travel to terrifying futures, meet questionably heroic superhumans, and question your own humanity as characters question theirs. Harrowing dystopias collide with comic book adventures, and characters learn what it means to have power. About Me

J.H. Brown - The Storyteller

JH Brown is currently seeking representation with his upcoming novel, and he also aspires to begin publishing dystopian fanfiction through the Archive of our Own Website. His first officially public fanfiction, a Hunger Games "original character" story about a victor from District 10, is soon to have its first chapter published and accessible online. Stay tuned for more updates on all his platforms.

J.H. Brown is a speculative science fiction writer whose stories are grounded in themes of violence, oppression, and identity. An avid young reader from the start, Brown began writing dystopian fanfiction at an early age, his affinity for everything sci-fi and fantasy-related driving his creative passion. His love for storytelling is inspired by a childhood of portraying sinister characters on stage and watching every Marvel/DC-related tv show and movie known to man. Brown eventually took his own ideas out of the ether and started putting them on paper, never returning from the dark side of his own creations, yet always remembering the classic heroes who inspire him. He finds himself most at peace when he steps away from the realities of a full-time job and into a dark, quiet room, left with only the chaos of his mind and a blank sheet of paper begging to be typed upon. He currently studies English Creative Writing at Southern New Hampshire University, and his first novel,
The Sentry Program, is currently in development.
